Suzana is a historian of modern Europe with a focus in Southeast European cultural and intellectual history, a writer, an editor, and a translator of Albanian and Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Serbian (BCMS). Her work has appeared in Undark, Eurozine, Words Without Borders, Asymptote, Harvard Magazine, and elsewhere. She teaches history as a member of the part-time faculty at DePaul University.
